The 2 of us sell Real Estate, and work as a team with Coldwell Banker in Roseville.We focus our business here locally (Citrus Heights & Placer County in Northern California), enabling buyers and sellers, but more specifically, FIRST TIME HOMEBUYERS and serving established/ long-time residents in any ways we can; hence becoming your reliable source for property, neighborhood, or information of any kind.
Professional Experience
18+ years with Coldwell Banker involved with the sale & purchase of land, residences, & "Previews Properties" (upper end homes) in Placer, Sacramento & El Dorado counties. Also, build to suit & spec homes buildout, representing Buyer's & Seller/Builder's.
